Procedure for Transfer from A.P.Pharmacy Council to other State Pharmacy Councils

1.

Applicant has to submit Original R.P.Certificate and Original valid Pass-Book of A.P.Pharmacy Council to the concerned State Pharmacy Council where he/she wants to transfer.

2.

 A.P.Pharmacy Council will send 'No-Objection Certificate' as a reply to the letter received from concerned Pharmacy Council.

3.

 Applicant need not approach directly the A.P.Pharmacy Council.
